Test Lab Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Test Lab Technician to join our quality assurance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with automotive parts, conducting material testing and analysis that drive improvements in our products' performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and perform tests on automotive parts using various lab equipment and chemicals.
- Analyze test data and identify trends or potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed test plans, reports, and schedules for the quality assurance team.
- Review material test data and recommend process or product improvements based on findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality lab material testing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate various lab equipment and follow strict safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with test planning, data analysis, and report writing is a plus.
