Bilingual Call Center Representatives (English/Spanish):

Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Representatives for a leading Call Center in Montgomery, Alabama. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experience while contributing to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely updates to customers and Call Center Management.
- Direct inquiries into the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
- Complete general office duties to support overall operations.
What We Offer:

- Competitive compensation package! $13.00 an hour for a day shift bilingual -$14.00 to $15.00 an hour for bilingual overnight shift. Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of computers programs is essential.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit with a demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
