We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates in Pleasant Prairie, WI to join our team! If you have warehouse experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a full-time role, we want to hear from you. Both positions require attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Shift Details:
- Material Handler: $16.86/hour, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- Forklift Operator: $18.26/hour, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Material Handler – Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Loading: Manually locate, load, and unload products from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using non-motorized equipment.
- Order Processing: Complete specialized tasks such as labeling, shrink-wrapping, stenciling, and consolidating products as needed.
- Inventory & Reporting: Count, weigh, and record products, assist with inventory checks, and complete required reports.
- Trailer Preparation: Inspect and clean trailers to ensure product safety and quality before loading.
- General Facility Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Forklift Operator – Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Loading: Use forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to safely load/unload products onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
- Inventory & Reporting: Record materials handled, assist with physical inventories, and complete paperwork (Bill of Lading, Pick Report, etc.).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections on forklifts and other equipment before use; report any issues to supervisors.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist with building and grounds upkeep to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Safety & 5S Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and participate in 5S Lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
For Material Handler:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of warehouse or related work experience preferred
- 1+ years of forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control
- Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, tow motors, and pallet jacks
- Basic math skills and ability to learn to use on-board computer systems
