Customer Service Representative – $20.50/hour
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll interact with customers to provide product and service information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll also assist with data entry and may support order picking when needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM EST (Possible 5-8 hours of OT & Saturday shifts)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product and service details.
- Resolve billing or service complaints, including processing exchanges, refunds, and adjustments.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department for further investigation.
- Assist with data entry tasks and, when necessary, help with light order picking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-4 years in a customer service role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Tech Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Microsoft Suite, and general computer applications.
- Work Style: Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable in a warehouse setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
