Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile Accounts Payable Generalist for a global partner that specializes in automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, glass assembly, compression forming, and custom assembly, located in Georgetown, KY.

Accounts Payable Generalist Benefits:

*   $21.60/hr pay
*   Weekly Pay
*   Temporary to hire position
*   Monday – Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm)

Accounts Payable Generalist Duties:

*   Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
*   Review purchase requests for correct coding and approvals
*   Review and process invoices accurately
*   Effectively investigate invoice discrepancies
*   Ensure correct prices were charged and costs are coded correctly on the invoices
*   Assist with month and year end closings
*   Research and respond to all account payable inquiries in a timely manner
*   Maintain and improve housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and productive workplace
*   Perform other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable Generalist Skill & Education Requirements:

*   Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
*   High School Diploma or GED at minimum
*   Two to four years related experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry
*   Ability to use computers and applicable software (Microsoft Word, Excel) at a high level
*   Large Volume of Accounts Payable
*   To include 3-part matching (PO, Packing list, Invoice)
*   Understanding of G/L coding and be able to apply to invoices
*   Understanding of current Sales Tax laws as applicable to manufacturing purchases
*   An understanding of accounting software and/or be able to pick up new software. Microsoft Navigation or Business Central helpful but not necessary
*   Have above average 10key skills
*   Ability to properly communicate to all levels of company employees to coordinate effectively
*   Highly organized with a great attention to detail
*   Frequently in sitting position to perform duties at desk and on computer so must be able to sit for an extended period

*   On-time Processing and Payment of Invoices
