We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to join our team in a manufacturing setting. This is a temp-to-perm role offering a dynamic schedule and opportunities for growth.
Schedule:
- Schedule: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (based on production needs and skillset)
- Pay Rate: $18.00/Hr.
- Location: Schaumburg, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control tests on rubber samples from the Mixing Department.
- Identify and report issues to the R&D and Mixing Managers promptly to ensure production quality.
- Use computer systems for data entry and analysis (Excel proficiency required).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in quality control or a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and on the production floor.
