Join the Team as a Production Worker!
Location: Escondido, CA 92029
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: 5:00am start with 8-12 hour shifts
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and become an essential part of a team that keeps America grilling? We’re looking for an energetic and safety-focused Production Worker to process, inspect, and prepare barbeque grill cylinders for our customers. No experience? No problem! We will train!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill propane cylinders.
- Ensure cylinders meet quality standards.
- Load cylinders onto trucks for next-day deliveries.
- Commit to safety at all times and wear proper PPE.
- Contribute as a key member of a production team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8-12 hours per day.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
