Video Review Operator Highlights:

Lead Video Review Operator Responsibilities:
- Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating daily and monthly goals to the team and identify areas of improvement for additional training or skill(s)
- Assist supervisors in training new team members. Ensure operators are receiving sufficient training of RedChecks software system and in standard operating procedures, guidelines and expectations.
- Answers team members questions, helps with tram members problems, and oversee team members’ work for quality and company policies/ processes compliance.
- Develop strategies to promote team members’ adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Assures that all team members conduct business in a professional manner at all times.
- Reports issues that cannot be resolved to supervisors immediately, assist supervisors in the progressive discipline process.
- Assist supervisor with generating and conducting yearly appraisals for review operators.
- Monitors, reviews, and processes violations.
- Handles violation batching.
- Submits monthly operator reports.
- Conducts monthly meetings with team members.
- Ensures work is distributed properly and in accordance with priority by checking Violation Review reports frequently.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Lead Video Review Operator Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required: Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Two-three years of related experience and/ or training.
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and using a Desktop computer
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction and differentiate color between light color
- Work well in a team environment as well as individually
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Show initiative
- Self- motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to sit and work at computer for length of shift
- Occasional light lifting of supplies and materials
