Customer Support Specialist Job Summary:
- Be the go-to contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to provide tailored solutions.
- Use your mechanical or engineering knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
- Assist existing customers with orders, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
- Customer service or support experience (strong communication skills required).
- Mechanical, engineering, or hands-on technical knowledge is a huge plus!
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems to track orders and customer interactions.
- A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
