Malone is hiring QC Technicians in Louisville. This position has great long-term potential with room to grow.
QC Technician Position Highlights:
- Pay Starting pay is $19.12 per hour plus a $2/hr Shift Differential.
- Mon-Thurs and every other Friday 4pm-2:30am.
- Schedule will include 4 to 5 day workweeks with some overtime
- PAID WEEKLY!
Responsibilities
- Assess automotive lifts and components/accessories
- Assist in implementation of 6S initiatives and activities with emphasis on safety
- Suggest and assist in process improvements which assures quality, efficiency, and safety is built into the process
- Assist in fabrication processes as needed
Qualifications
- Understanding and ability to use assembly tools
- Capable of reading a tape measure
- Understanding of blueprint reading
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate at all levels of organization
- Strong understanding of process interaction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of general manufacturing
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 pounds
- Must align with the Snap-on Mission Statement
