Executive Personal Assistant
Details:
- Direct Hire position with a growing company!
- Location: Blacklick, OH (43230)
- Pay: Up to $33 per hour, depending on exp.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
* Schedule and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and industry events.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up notes, ensuring timely execution of action items.
Travel Planning:
* Organize detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
* Prepare comprehensive travel documents and manage changes or cancellations as needed.
* Ensure smooth travel logistics, including any last-minute adjustments.
Personal Errands:
* Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as shopping, appointments, and other personal needs.
* Coordinate with service providers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Email Management:
* Monitor and prioritize the CEO’s email correspondence, drafting and sending responses as required.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Follow up on key communications and ensure timely responses.
Administrative Support:
* Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain a high level of organization within the CEO’s office and ensure effective filing and documentation practices.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and demands.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
* Bachelors degree preferred
