Production Machine Operator – (Ellabell, GA)
- Location: Ellabell, GA
- Pay: Starting at $20.20/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime until 4:30-5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays).
- 2nd Shift (2:15 PM-10:45 PM, or 3:15 PM-12:45AM).
Summary:
This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Operate production equipment and tools.
- Assemble products and perform validation testing.
- Meet production targets and report defects/incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
- Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Communication, teamwork, punctuality, attention to detail, flexibility, and respect for others.
Preferred Experience:
- Automotive manufacturing, SAP/MES knowledge, automated production line experience, and machinery troubleshooting.
