Malone Solutions is searching for a Tooling Manager for a global manufacturer of OEM cast and machined precision castings for the automotive industry.
SUMMARY
The function of the Maintenance Manager is to assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the facilities and equipment. Responsibilities include leadership of the Maintenance Department to complete fueling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown/repair maintenance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and training to maintenance supervisors and maintenance team members.
- Ensure proper staffing for all shifts.
- Ensure documents all infractions and issues regarding safety, environmental, quality and team members and reporting any issues.
- Attend all maintenance meetings and RCA meetings.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Manager Role
- Knowledge of safety, maintenance practices, knowledge of Foundry equipment and machinery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
