About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Manager to join our team of problem-solvers supporting the global Civil supply chain. Established in 2019, the Operations Support team resolves critical supply chain issues and mitigates risks through innovative processes and techniques. You will play a pivotal role in driving supplier performance, deploying the Production System, and leading programs that create measurable impact across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of supply chain support programs to address performance issues.
- Collaborate with Supplier Management Teams to deploy and coach on the Rolls-Royce Production System.
- Build strong relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Travel extensively to supplier sites and plants to provide hands-on support and leadership.
- Integrate across organizational boundaries to ensure successful program delivery.
- Serve as a trusted team player and problem-solver with a flexible mindset.

- Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or
Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or
JD/PhD degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or
10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in operational/manufacturing roles, planning and control, program management, engineering, or supplier management.
- Proficiency with SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong background in project and program management.
