Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Brunswick, GA.
Highlights:
-Pay Rate: $15.00
-Full time hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Responsibilities:
-Complete Daily reconciliation reports for offsite inventory
-Issue daily preventive maintenance reports to all required parties
-Provide additional reporting and analysis as required by the customer and IAP management staff
-complete monthly reports and billing information by the deadline each month.
-Lift and install computer equipment when needed
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year work experience with no more than 2 employers
-Valid US Driver’s License
-Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
-Type 40 WPM
Preferred Qualifications:
-knowledge of different computer systems such as IBM AS400
-Excellent Customer relations skills
-Ability to coordinate multiple projects
-Ability to communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions
-Must possess problem-solving abilities and be detail oriented
