CSR Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production work orders, scheduling, invoicing, outside processing, and light accounting
- Handles the preparation and entry of all customer orders into the order entry system.
- Assists in the development of specifications and order detail
- Keeps customer appraised of order status, quality requirements, and potential problem situations.
- Responsible for the general status from start to finish of order from time order is received to the time the product is shipped to customer.
- Fields questions and inquires from customers (and prospective customers) and provides assistance in initial sales work.
- Provides quotation to customers.
- Provide timely/accurate monthly forecasts based on open orders, historical trends, direct communication with customers and Sales force.
- Manages EVA Drivers – Examples include; manage customer inventory, maintain zero disputed at the end of each month, timely resolution of HFI’s and periodic review and update of customer orders and forecast.
CSR Requirements:
- Must possess above average communication and organizational skills
- Good planning and follow up skills
- Prefer 5 years minimum steel experience within Customer Service or Sales function
- Basic understanding of MS Office products and ability to use these tools on a daily basis
- High school diploma required
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
