Maintenance Supervisor – 2^nd shift
Hourly Pay:                       $ 37
Shift:                                   2^nd – M-F 2p-10p
Location:                           Louisville, KY
Position Type:                  2 months to permanent hire
Benefits are available during the contract period.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and monitor maintenance personnel responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting assembly equipment and processes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Identify root causes of equipment failures, develop action plans, assign personnel to respond, and ensure project completion.
Troubleshoot, program, and document PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) control programs with proficiency in Modicon, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens PLCs.
Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot wiring circuits.
Demonstrate expertise with 24, 115, 277, and 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, including electrical distribution systems with buss and switchgear equipment.
Work overtime as needed, including short-notice weekdays and scheduled weekends.
Develop, organize, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities systems.
Apply OSHA standards and safe operating practices, including machine guarding, lockout/tag-out, PPE, and safe maintenance procedures.
Lead, coach, and train maintenance staff, providing discipline to enforce policies and procedures when necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration OR related field (preferred-NOT required).
5-8 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience with preventive maintenance controls.
Experience implementing lean management concepts.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation, teamwork, and effective communication.
Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
High sense of urgency and capability to perform in high-pressure environments.
