Summary:
The Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong influencing and business partnering skills to lead full-cycle recruiting for various functional areas across the business. The primary goal of this role is to create positive and productive experiences with candidates and hiring managers to deliver the highest quality talent to Steelcase. You will manage 12-15 salaried direct hire requisitions with a thorough emphasis on building and analyzing candidate pools and advising decision makers through an evidence-based selection process.

- Skilled at representing both parties eloquently throughout the recruitment process
- Able to lead through influence, think critically, and solve problems
Background & Experience:
- Must have experience recruiting salaried professionals
- Process-Oriented you understand the value and work
well in a role where you are expected to follow a standard structured
process - Assertive you prefer to take charge and lead and
have an innate ability to influence others - Responsible you are dependable keep your
commitments and can be trusted to deliver results - Ideal experience but not required:
– Avature ATS
– Third-party recruiting
– Knowledge of the science of selection
