Position Overview:
Minova is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our Tooele team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be essential to daily warehouse operations by operating forklifts, unpacking and repacking products, moving materials to staging areas, and optimizing storage bays. If you’re passionate material handling and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials.
- Unpack incoming products, inspect them for accuracy, and repack as necessary.
- Transport materials to designated staging areas within the warehouse.
- Rearrange and maintain storage bays for efficient use of space and access.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Follow Minova’s safety and quality standards at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience, particularly with sit-down models, preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling, and staging procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
