Warranty Clerk Perks:

Warranty Clerk Job Summary:
- Manage all repair orders
- Enter warranty claims in a timely manner
- Keep accurate record of repairs via system, email, pictures and paper copy
- Open and close all repair orders
- Maintain filing system for repair records so they can be readily available
- Coordinate with Body Shop Manager to order parts and to correct rejected claims
- Review daily inspection report
Warranty Clerk Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in a Customer Service role experience, especially in an automotive environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Required experience using Microsoft Excel and word
- Effective interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shifts.
- Operate vehicles safely as per company procedures.
- Bend, turn, and use peripherals to operate equipment safely.
- Work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, plus overtime if needed.
- Exposure to outdoor weather and vehicle fumes.
