The Details:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm paying $18.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan transportation for customer shipments efficiently.
- Track and trace customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Schedule delivery appointments and obtain proof of deliveries.
- Collaborate with customers and carriers to manage returns authorizations.
- Assist Broker Sales Representatives in locating new sales leads.
Key Results:
- Ensure all loads are updated in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate data entry practices.
- Complete billing responsibilities punctually.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in Transportation or Logistics required.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English.
