Position: Accounts Receivable Associate
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve approximately $1.5 million in short paid invoices
- Utilize basic invoicing and accounting knowledge to support AR processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Requirements:
- Understanding of basic invoicing and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred but not required
