Are you ready to join a hardworking team in a fast-paced environment? We're hiring an Assemblers to assist in the manifold assembly process. You'll be responsible for assembling parts, using gauges and other equipment, and ensuring everything meets top-notch quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside team members on tasks like prepping, deburring, power washing, valve assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Follow blueprints, instruction sheets, and production documents to assemble parts from start to finish.
- Set up and use gauges, scanners, and other tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety standards (PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, steel-toe shoes).
- Complete daily/weekly log sheets and ensure accurate assembly according to quality guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Skills: Comfortable using manual and power tools, reading blueprints, and working with machines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout the shift, lift 15-50 lbs., and work with repetitive hand/arm motion.
- Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are dedicated to meeting productivity and quality goals.
