Malone Solutions is seeking a Purchase Admin Coordinator for a long term temp position at Louisville's leading hospital system located in Downtown Louisville.
Purchase Admin Coordinator Details:
- Pay: $19/hr
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Long term contract position (great way to get your foot in the door to work in a high end hospital system)
Purchase Admin Coordinator Responsibilties:
- Seeking candidates possessing previous clerical skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (outlook, excel, word, etc)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
- Contract review and assistance.
- Vendor contact and support.
- Review and edit invoice and assistance.
- Purchase order review and clean up.
Purchase Admin Coordinator Requirements:
- Prefer to have previous purchasing or accounts payable experience.
- Clean drug screen and background
