Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring multi-skilled individual Railcar Prep at a local transportation company in Georgetown, Ky.

Railcar Prep Benefits:

*   $17.00/hr pay
*   4-month rotation – 4 / 10 hour work days including Saturdays
*   Weekly Pay
*   Temporary to full-time hire positions
*   Benefits available

Railcar Prep Duties:

*   Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors
*   Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue
*   Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
*   Inspect vehicle securement devices to determine their fitness for use then store properly in railcar
*   Assist in repairing defective vehicle securement devices
*   Assist in raising and lowering hinged railcar decks
*   Through the use of backpack blowers and various scraping devices remove all debris and other contaminates which could potentially cause vehicle damage
*   Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures
*   This a manual labor position outside in the weather elements
*   Climbing ladders in of heights of 16-20 feet is required
*   Lifting up to 50lbs. throughout the shift is required at times
*   Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management

Railcar Prep Skill & Education Requirements:

*   High School Diploma/GED
*   Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
*   Must posses a valid driver’s license
*   Meet physical demands of the job
*   Ability to work in fast paced environment
*   Able to meet attendance requirements
*   A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn
*   Have a desire to succeed!!

Job Type: Full-time, hourly
