Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Merchandiser for a local company in Lexington, Ky.

Merchandiser Benefits:

*   $17 – $19 / per hr.
*   Schedule: Wed – Sunday (Off Mon/Tue)
Daily Shift: 6:00am – 1:30pm most days will vary on stops weekends are longest day
*   Expected Weekly Hours:30-40

Merchandiser Duties:

*   Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated, minimizing Out of Code and damaged product concerns
*   Maintain Red Bull equipment, ensuring it is clean, in good working condition, and displayed in a premium manner
*   Maintain records for compliance with internal policies and regulations, including driver logs, fuel purchases, mileage, and other necessary documents
*   Adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
*   Monitor competitors’ activities such as new product launches or price reductions and communicate insights to the Merchandising Manager or sales team
*   Build, protect, and expand the Red Bull product portfolio
*   Coordinate with Account Sales Managers regarding damaged or out-of-stock products, as well as Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities
*   Establish and maintain professional relationships with retail managers
*   Collaborate with sales teams on new programs and selling large displays
*   Share best practices and work collaboratively across the organization
*   Represent Red Bull professionally through responsible driving and a strong in-market presence

Merchandiser Skill & Education Requirements:

*   Must be able to pass a drug screen
*   Must be able to pass a motor vehicle report
*   Must possess a valid driver’s license
*   High School Diploma or GED required
*   Completion of anti-harassment training (specific to Red Bull requirements)
*   Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present in group settings and sell to customers
*   Strong mathematical and organizational skills
*   Proficient with smartphone technology
*   Ability to assess and manage product inventory effectively
*   Excellent time management and punctuality
*   Fluent in English
*   Reliable vehicle for work purposes with necessary insurance coverage
