Malone is looking for a second shift Supervisor in the Hazlehurst MS area! Second shift hours are 3:00PM to 12:00AM. Pay rate will be $17-$18 per hour. This position will be temp to hire, based on performance you could get hired on as soon as 30 days to become a salaried employee. This will be for one of the leading distribution companies in the area, don't miss out on this great opportunity!
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Manage team of 30-50 associates
- Assign tasks, monitor results, and report to senior management
- Coach and guide employees
- Ensure employees are complying with policies and procedures
- Communicate organizational needs to employees, and communicate team's performance to senior management
Supervisor Requirements:
- 2 years experience in leadership/management
- 2 years experience in warehouse/manufacturing
- Ability to work occasional OT and Weekends
- Must submit to a drug screen and background check
- HS diploma or equivalent
