Malone is looking for Team Leads in the Hazlehurst MS area! First and Second shift positions available. First Shift hours are 5:00AM to 2:00PM , Second shift hours are 3:00PM to 12:00AM. Pay rate will be $15 per hour. This will be for one of the leading distribution companies in the area, don't miss out on this great opportunity!

Team Lead Responsibilities:

Guide and motivate team to achieve goals
Train new employees
Provide daily objectives to ensure success
Communication with upper management to determine how to meet goals

Team Lead Requirements:

1 year experience in leadership/management
1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing
Ability to work occasional OT and Weekends
Must submit to a drug screen and background check
HS diploma or equivalent
