Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring Bilingual Warehouse Clerks/Inventory Specialists in Itasca IL! These are Temp to Hire positions for a well-known Logistics company! 1st shifts. Apply today and start working this week!
Warehouse/Inventory Highlights:
- Pay is up to $20/hr.
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-Hire
- Immediate start
- 1st shifts – 8am to 5pm
- Mandatory Overtime
Warehouse/Inventory Responsibilities:
- Answer e-mails and correspond with customer and trucking companies, suppliers that call the customer service desk a minimum of 20/30 times a day.
- Release orders throughout the day via AS-2 computer system.
- Track deleted order throughout the day.
- Take care of all inbound and outbound drivers that come in throughout the day.
- Take care of customer pick-ups.
- Run daily inventory and verify any miss-counts and report discrepancies to Keyence and managers.
- Perform recounts on any inventory discrepancies.
- Make sure primary pick locations are full.
- Responsible for putting inventory away.
Warehouse/Inventory Requirements:
- Previous warehouse clerk or Inventory Specialist experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Must be Microsoft Office proficient
- Must be willing to submit to drug screen and background check
