1st shift Baker Highlights:
- 1st Shift (Flexible start times between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
- Hourly Wage: $18/hr
1st shift Baker Job Summary: As a 1st Shift Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a diverse range of baked goods. You will ensure that all products adhere to our quality standards and are produced in a timely manner to meet customer demands.
1st shift Baker Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of items, including pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients, adhering to production guidelines.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and handle special customer requests or orders.
1st shift Baker Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of baking techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with various types of baked goods and recipes.
- Ability to work early morning hours and maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
1st shift Baker Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
