Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a Diesel Mechanic in Brunswick, GA.
Highlights:
-Starting Pay Rate: $28.84
-Shift:
A shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with the possibility of overtime and/or weekend work as directed by business needs
Responsibilities:
-Assist as needed with general plant maintenance.
-Provide guidance and technical assistance regarding specific job functions on an ongoing basis.
-Assist, as needed, with general repair, painting, new constructions, preventative maintenance, etc.
-Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
-Use equipment such as a two-way radio, battery charger and cables, air tank, power and hand tools, welder, and forklift.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year of work experience with no more than 2 employers
-Valid US Driver’s License
-Experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
-Experience with pump repair
-Basic electrical knowledge
-Willing to work on sewage lines and pumps
-Knowledge of hydraulics and air compressors
-Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
-Much have their own tools
