Malone Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an experienced 2nd shift Production Supervisor in the Jeffersontown, KY area. They are looking for someone hardworking and wanting to grow with the company.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Job Highlights:
- 4pm-3:30am Mon-Thur (OT on Fridays) – Must be able to train on 1st shift 6am-4:30pm
- $25/hr.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Job Description:
- Oversees all functions of production
- Coaches and develops staff
- Responsible for resource planning and production schedules
- Monitors compliance and must be willing to make sound decisions when needed.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Management/Supervisory experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 3 years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Operate forklift and other power industrial equipment
- Must be able to stay for Overtime when needed.
