Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Production Manager- Plastic Injection Molding for a great local company that is growing in Henderson, Ky.
Salary: $27-$30 per hour based off of experience.

Position Overview: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a small production facility. You will lead a team, optimize production processes, and ensure product quality meets high standards.
Day shift schedule: Monday – Friday starting at 6:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plastic injection molding production line.
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Monitor production metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Engineering, to resolve production issues and enhance processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management within a plastic injection molding environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Competitive hourly wage of $27-$30.
- Day shift, Monday through Friday.
