Looking for a new job opportunity? Malone is hiring multiple wave planners in the Lithia Springs area!
Highlights:
- Pay rate: $17.50-$19.00/hr
- Temp-to-hire position
- Hired within 90 days
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 5am-5pm (Rotating days)
- Night Shift: 5pm-5am (Rotating days)
- Rotating each week working 3 days a week/4 days a week
- Weekends required every other week
- Overtime available
Responsibilities:
- Ability to stand for full shift and walk for long periods of time
- Ability and knowledge on waving orders in a queue
- Understanding of wave planning software
- Wave planners need to have an understanding of priorities and expedite accordingly.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Investigate and solve workflow issues.
- Effectively communicates issues and directions.
- Evaluates work processes for efficiency.
- Researching and following up on open tasks to ensure on time shipment.
- Ability to read and write English
Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Previous wave planning/expediting experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and strong PC skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self started that works well independently.
