Malone Staffing is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative.
PAY: $17.55/hr.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service via all forms of communication and support systems (phone, email, online systems, fax, EDI, Live Chat, Dealer computer portals, mail, walk-ins, verbal, and written) for all internal and external customers, team members, and sales team. Help ensure proper coverage is always maintained during business hours including order taking & order processing, filing systems / basic administrative functions, credit card processing, shipping & logistics processes, inside sales support, handling return goods, and technical service for finished good products and parts support. Perform research and project management duties as needed from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
