Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team on 1st shift. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing various components and products in accordance with specific guidelines and instructions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $18-$22 an hour depending on Experience 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Collect all necessary parts, tools, and materials to begin each assembly project.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Test assembled products to verify functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- No High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an Assembler or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 35 pounds if required.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Must submit to a criminal background check
- Must submit to a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in assembly techniques or related field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
