General Warehouse Support Highlights:

Monday – Friday
1^st shift 8:00AM-5:00PM Forklift & Receiving
1^st shift 11:00AM- 8:00PM Picker & Packers
$17.00- $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Picker & Packer are required to train on forklift
Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations.
Responsible for picking all orders that come in daily for customers
Assured that product that is being picked for customers orders is 100% accurate and protected
Responsible for packing all orders that come in daily for Talley Inc. customers
Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/ checking out of customers will call orders
Process cable cuts, lagging/ boxing of reels/ coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirements
Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the company.
Display strong work ethic and honestly and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
Engage work with high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented.

Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high- stress situations
Relay issues and concerns to Manager
Keep the work area organized and clean.
Follow and comply with policies, procedures, processes, and general company information.
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen.
Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Forklift experience is desired
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, reach and lift/carry items of varying weight throughout shift.
