Case Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly home visits or more frequently as the program requires.
Arrange and supervise visits between children and their birth parents.
Transport children as needed for visits with biological parents.
Prepare, maintain, and provide documents and reports of cases and appear and testify in court as necessary.
Assess birth parents and children for strengths and needs.
Refer clients to services and monitor progress in services.
Complete data entry into client management systems.
Consult and review cases with the supervisor and follow the course of action.
May recruit, study, and license foster homes.
Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to do what is in the best interest of the child/family.

Pay – Starting at $23/hour
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Hours may vary)
