Malone Solutions is currently accepting applications for experienced forklift operators in the Chattanooga area.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a powered industrial truck to transport materials from loading dock to designated location
- Know and follow standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned.
- Daily inspection and documentation of equipment
- Inspect product for damage, properly scan by machine or manual entry to ensure safe transport and proper placement
- Move controls to drive propane or electric-powered trucks and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
- Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
- Mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, platforms, or other transport vehicles.
- Other duties as required.
Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Must pass background screening requirements
- Must pass 9-panel drug screen
- Must pass written knowledge forklift written test
- Must pass timed driving evaluation
- Must be able to work certification shift first week
- Must submit badge photo to Malone Solutions within 3 days of Orientation
- Must submit front and back photos of forklift certification
Shift:
- Availability varies week to week
- Certification Shift: 6:45 am – 3:30 pm | M-F | Payrate: $17.20
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm M-F OT: SAT | Payrate: $17.20
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm M-F OT: SAT | Payrate: $18.70
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am M-F OT: SAT | Payrate: $17.70
Forklift operators will be required to complete forklift certification courses at the offsite facility.
Orientation | Day 1 shift: 11:30 am – 3:30 pm. Drug screening will be done onsite at Orientation.
Drivers must pass a written knowledge test and driving evaluation at Orientation.
Drivers that fail can reapply after 90 days. No rehires at this time.
Operators will report to the offsite facility first week | Certification shift: 6:45 am-3:30 pm.
