Call Center Representative:

Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for a leading auto parts manufacturer in Bowling Green. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our company's success. This is a hybrid remote role with the potential to be fully remote for those who live further away!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Research availability of parts and provide expert suggestions for compatible substitutions when necessary.
Provide timely updates on order and return statuses to customers.
Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
Complete general office duties to support overall operations.

Requirements:
