Malone is hiring for a Guest Service Associate at one of the area's leading hospital systems in the Audubon area!
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides customer service to all customers, both internal and external in the gift shop and at the information desks.
-When working at the information desk, this individual is responsible to assist all patients and guests in need with “way finding” throughout the hospital; at times this includes utilizing a wheel chair to transport individuals to their needed destination.
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE DETAILS:
-Hiring for all shifts
-Potential to be hired on after working 400 contract hours (pay will increase at that time)
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
– Customer service in healthcare is preferred but not required
– GED is desired (not required) GED program offered for free for employees once hired on permanently
– One year of customer service (Three desired but not required).
– Must be willing to submit and pass background check and drug screen
