Malone is hiring Call Center Representatives in Jeffersontown. These representatives will help people re-enroll in their prescription program.
Call Center Representative Summary:
- $17.00 per hour
- Training Schedule will be 830am-5pm, Monday -Friday
- Flexible Hours – Choose your schedule of 40 hours anywhere between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing, and service questions
- Data Entry (Processing Applications)
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Pharmacy, Insurance and/or Benefits
- Must have Resume
