Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all interactions
- Adapt to flexible schedules to accommodate client needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home health care is a must
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
