Malone Staffing Solutions is now hiring an HR Administrative Specialist for a large manufacturing company in Montgomery, Alabama!
Weekly Pay on Friday’s
$18.00 an hour
Temp to Hire!
1st Shift Monday thru Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information about company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Help HR managers with the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts by documenting conversations and facilitating communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments for the HR team.
Experience/Background:
- 1+ year(s) experience in an HR administrative role or office setting
- Proficient with excel and formulas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- This is an in-office setting, not remote.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Must pass background requirements.
