Bartender Supervisor:
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Bar Service Supervisor to oversee staff, provide training, bar promotions, conduct inventory reviews and place orders. As a Bar Supervisor, you will ensure all servers are performing job duties as required, ensure high standards and hygiene, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a bar supervisor or team leader, be ready to work evenings and select weekends , have familiarity with POS systems, and be proficient in stock management. This is a working supervisory role that requires serving guests in a Country Club setting. Pay is based on experience with a entry rate of $18/hr.
Bar Supervisor Duties:
- Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
- Upholding high hygiene standards
- Reconciling banking
- Marketing and promoting products
- Training staff
- Maintain inventory and stock
Bar Service Supervisor Requirements:
- One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
- Motivational and a passion for developing others
- Computer and POS proficiency
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
