Malone is hiring and HR Assistant for a large automotive supplier on the East End of Louisville.
HR Administrator Highlights:
- $20.00 per hour
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

HR Administrator Summary:
- Maintains employee personnel files, I-9’s, medical, training files and follows Company retention policies
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding process
- Conducts training for all employees on HR Compliance topics
- Tracking and Reporting of Vacation, Time off Requests, and Attendance
- Review Weekly & Bi-weekly timecards to prepare for payroll processing
- Enter information into SAP
HR Administrator Qualifications:
- SAP experience is a HUGE plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Previous HR or Administrative experience is preferred, but not required
