Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring Welders for a large company in the Louisville Area! Positions are temp-to-hire! Pay starting at $23/hr.

Welder Job Summary:
- Rework Welders responsible for reworking pre welded devices from robotic stations using MIG and TIG welding machines.
- Examine surface of part to determine extent of defect
- Fills holes and gaps of defected part by MIG and TIG welding area based on specifications.
- Welds sub assemblies and or final assemblies.
- Place reworked parts on in-process racks to be leak tested.
- Operate robotic weld cells, gauges, leak testers.
- Follow Safety Guidelines
- Work designated schedule as needed
Welding Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to additional background and TB screenings depending on position
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Previous welding experience is required
