Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for Pick and Pack Operators to join our team in Jeffersonville Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their career started in the logistics field.

Pick and Pack Highlights:

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay!
Shift: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday thru Thursday
Temp to hire position after 90 days

Pick and Pack Operator Job Duties:

Add packing material to prepare boxes to be shipped out of facility
Use RF Scan Gun to perform picking of items in the facility
Verify inventory levels where picking is being performed
Ship packages using various steps within the system
May assist with the training of new employees
Other duties as assigned by leadership

Pick and Pack Operator Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
1 year related experience in the logistics field
Able to successfully complete all pre hire requirements
General knowledge of RF equipment
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Able to stand, kneel, and walk frequently
