Malone Staffing Solutions is hiring a multi-skilled individual for a Production Line Assembler for the largest US manufacturer of adjustable bed frames in Georgetown, Ky.
Production Line Assembler Benefits:
* $15.00/hr pay
* Weekly Pay
* Temporary to full-time hire positions
* 4 day work weeks
* Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays/Saturdays

Production Line Assembler Duties:
* To assemble and package beds to meet the customer’s satisfaction in an efficient and organized manner
* Conform to all safety and quality requirements and procedures
* Assemble components to make quality, adjustable bed frames
* Assist in keeping all documentation and tags organized
* Ensure that components and beds meet quality standards
* Keep work areas clean and organized by using good housekeeping practices
* Understand and practice the policies and procedures for LP9000:2006 and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)
* Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system
* Control further processing, deliver, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
* Other duties as assigned
Production Line Assembler Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must have proper PPE available (Steel toe shoes)
* High School Diploma/GED
* Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
* The ability to multi-task
* Meet physical demands of the job including repetitive motions for 10 hr. shift
* Communicate effectively
