Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a multi-skilled individual Maintenance Technician at a local forging company in Georgetown, Ky.
Maintenance Technician Benefits:
* Pay Range depending on experience, skill, placement and shift $20.00-20.60, paid bi-weekly
* Shift differential ($0.30 more for 3:00pm-11:20pm or $3.00 more for 11:00pm-7:20am)
* Direct Hire position

* Uniforms provided and laundered
* Vacation hours accrued to use after 90 days
* Holiday Pay – 11 days paid on days scheduled.

Maintenance Technician Duties:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere
to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
* Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple
Maintenance Technician Skill & Education Requirements:
* Adhere to all safety policies
* Steel, forging, manufacturing experience preferred
* Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools
* Good communication skills
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Technical knowledge
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to train others as needed
* Work as a team
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
